Rob Priddy
Founder and Director
Rob Priddy is the Founder of RMP Leadership Solutions. As a leadership and wellbeing consultant Rob has effectively utilised over four decades of leadership and learning and development experience from careers in engineering, the Royal Air Force and the Police Service.
Rob gained vast experience as a strategic leader with the Gloucestershire Constabulary where he demonstrated a consistent track record in delivering high quality customer focused performance outcomes. At the heart of his approach to leadership is an evidence-based approach to transformational change underpinned by a leadership style which inspires, engages, empowers and develops colleagues to be their best.
As a highly qualified operational commander Rob gained extensive operations and crisis management experience commanding large multi-agency teams at events such as the Cheltenham National Hunt Festival, the Royal International Air Tattoo and during the riots of summer 2011. In September 2017 Rob led the International Policing Response Cadre to support the British government’s combined military and humanitarian response to Hurricane Irma which caused catastrophic damage across the Caribbean.
A Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational learning Rob has designed a number of award-winning leadership, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion programmes that
he has delivered throughout the United Kingdom Europe and the South Pacific.
In 2017 Rob designed and delivered a 2-year evidence-based programme of leadership and wellbeing activity which transformed leadership and wellbeing performance in the Gloucestershire Constabulary.

Away from work Rob likes to keep fit, work on his golf game and most of all spend time walking and exploring interesting places near and far with his wife, Helen.
Amy Dyde
Associate
Amy currently works as Senior Research Officer for a public sector organisation in Gloucestershire, where she takes the lead for research, consultation, and evaluation. Much of her role involves providing high quality insight that assists the design and delivery of strategy, policy decisions, new and innovative interventions that drive continuous improvement, and organisational development.
With a degree in Sociology as a foundation, Amy has a vast understanding of designing and applying bespoke research methods, which include surveys, focus groups, interviews, and process reviews.
Amy is used to working across business functions and bringing bespoke insights together. Following the analysis of complex data from a range of sources, she is skilled at producing high quality reports and performance products. Amy has over 10 years’ experience of applying both quantitative and qualitative research methods and of using associated analytical software, including SPSS and NVivo.
As an experienced facilitator, Amy is accomplished at presenting complex information for a range of audiences in an easy to understand format; this includes the design and facilitation of workshops and training sessions for all levels of an organisation.
Amy enjoys working in a role where there are opportunities to make positive improvements to both service provision and organisational culture, which she finds greatly rewarding. Through the leadership of her team, Amy encourages originality and innovation and a passion to make a difference. People and relationships are particularly important to her and she promotes fairness and compassion through her work.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys being involved in activities in her local community and volunteers as a Governor at a local primary school. In her spare time, she enjoys running and walking her dog. Another of her hobbies is cooking, where she tends to use her friends and family as guinea pigs to test any new creations.
Craig Guthrie
Associate
Craig retired as a police officer in 2015, having served over 30 years with Gloucestershire Constabulary in a variety of operational and strategic roles. His last two years’ service was spent on secondment to Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC (Now HMICFRS)) with specific responsibility for each of the police forces in Wales.
Following retirement from policing Craig returned to HMIC as an Associate Inspector, taking a lead role for the design, delivery and reporting of a National inspection of the police service response to Honour Based Violence (HBV), Forced Marriage (FM) and Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). He also implemented a training programme accredited by SFJ Awards for Inspection and Lead Inspection staff.
As an accredited Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Craig has always had a passion for leadership and developing others. Since 2017 he has had the privilege of delivering Supportive Leadership and Wellbeing courses to over 450 police officer and police staff leaders.
As a qualified Myers-Briggs (MBTI) practitioner and Mindfulness Teacher, Craig has a specific interest in understanding individual and team behaviours and the associated impact on wellbeing.
Outside of work, Craig is a mentor for the Prince’s Trust and has coached a local youth football team since 2013. He also likes to spend much of his leisure time enjoying the Cotswold countryside with his family and dogs.
In addition to supporting RMP Leadership Solutions in an Associate capacity, Craig is the Founder and Director of Optimise Leadership Development Ltd and Interim Head of Learning & Development for a public sector organisation.
Ian Maxted
Associate
Ian is an associate of RMP Leadership Solutions. A technical trainer and consultant, Ian brings strong experience of delivering training to varying age groups and levels of technical ability.
Working across multiple sectors, Ian’s leadership skills continue to grow and benefit from the diversity of environments in which he has worked. His focus on the user experience bridges the capability gap between technology and the needs of the customer, underpinned by a developing interest in informatics, Ian places the learning experience at the heart of his work with RMP.
With experience across varying levels of technology from support through to design and operating at strategic through to operational roles, Ian has worked within sensitive environments in defence and security and has developed a broad understanding of technology implementations and innovation opportunities with the need to engage effectively at all levels to assist in their implementation.
Having worked with Rob on the supportive leadership programme, Ian has grown his passion for people development to encompass the leadership journey.
When he can find some time, his interests include photography, countryside walks with the family and the occasional bit of electronics building.
